About me

Transforming lives through mental health and holistic wellbeing

Throughout my career, I have built a comprehensive approach to mental well-being and holistic health, combining academic knowledge, professional practice and experiential learning. My training in Psychology and Body Psychotherapy has provided me with solid tools to understand and address the complexity of the human being from a functional perspective oriented towards positive change.

Along the way, I have developed a deep ability to integrate multiple disciplines, which has allowed me to design effective strategies to promote mental health, emotional balance and personal growth. This holistic view includes a comprehensive understanding of the body, emotions, habits and environment, always highlighting the importance of addressing each aspect consciously and strategically.

Furthermore, my experience has taught me to overcome challenges with resilience, adapting to changing contexts and applying innovative solutions that impact both the lives of people and the community environment.
